1. Copy the text from the Microsoft Word document to your clipboard by highlighting the text and using a CTRL + C on a PC or a CMD + C on a Mac.
2. In your WordPress “back-end” find the page or post where the text will be pasted.
3. Click on “Edit”

4. Click on the “Show/Hide Kitchen Sink” button in the WordPress Editor.

5. Click on the “Paste From Word” button
6. Paste the text from the Word document into the box by using a CTRL + V on a PC or a CMD + V on a Mac.

1. Type in www.youtube.com into Internet Explorer.
2. Find the video you would like to place on your site.
3. Copy the “Embed Code” by highlighting the code and pressing Ctrl + C on a Windows machine and Command + C on a Mac.
4. In your WordPress “back-end” Find the page or post where you will “embed” the video.
5. Click on the “HTML” button in the editor.
6. Paste the YouTube embed code into the WordPress Editor by pressing Ctrl + P on a Windows machine or Command + P on a Mac.

7. Save, Preview or Publish your new page or post.
