TweetFacebook is approaching 500 million active accounts. Ummmm…. I think it’s time to jump on board.
The Facebook Fan Page is a powerful tool that gives you the ability to interact with current customers, prospects, partners and colleagues on Facebook. Using RSS technology that is built into any decent blogging platform many website platforms as well, you can also automatically populate the new content created on your blog into your Facebook Fan Page.
This is a ~9 minute video detailing the creating of a Facebook Fan Page and syncing it with your blog using RSS.
I will be happy to address any questions that you have about creating a Facebook page or syncing it with your blog — just leave your questions/comments in the comments section below.
NOTE: For some of you it may be appropriate to choose “Brand, Product or Organization” as the type of Facebook page, instead of “Local Business” as I do in the video. However, if you have a physical address for your business — even if it is just a mailbox at a UPS store — I would choose Local Business where you will be able to add your address information.
Thanks to Karen Fox (AKA Karen the Connector) for pointing this out to me.

It already has 500 million users. An announcement was made by Mark Zuckerberg and a random video is floating around FB that gives response to its users.
This is a really cool video that outlines precisely how to setup your own Facebook Fan Page. Another great addition to the fan page is the FBML page which is gaining popularity.

@Charlene — Your laptop will need to have the Flash plug-in to view these videos — or the Flash plug-in may need updating. I will give you a call.
Thank you Russ, Very easy to follow video, and helpful hints for me to create my page. just need to get me feed url and that one just seems to not work for some reason. I will work on it but I am always open to instructions with this.
Thanks Mark! You could try using the feed located here on your blog — http://yournightinvitations.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default — it may or may not work as it is an Atom Feed but give it a shot.
